Major Policy and Procedural Changes Included in UCSB's Sexual Harassment Interim Procedures (Effective 12/23/05)

  1. A statement regarding conflicts of interest arising out of consensual romantic relationships above and beyond those covered for Faculty in APM 015. This statement covers staff, students and all instructional employees. (pages 3-4)
     
  2. A statement on gender and other sex-related harassment, including harassment based on sex-stereotyping and sexual orientation. (page 5)
     
  3. A statement on e-mail and other internet harassment or stalking. (page 5)
     
  4. A statement on intentionally false reports of sexual harassment. (page 6)
     
  5. A description of Sexual Harassment Staff Resources on the campus and their respective responsibilities, including the Sexual Harassment/Title IX Complaint Resolution Officer, the Coordinator of the UCSB Sexual Harassment Prevention Education Program, and the trained Sexual Harassment Advisors.
