The Offices of Billing, Cashiers and Loan Collections bill, receipt and collect all debts owed to the University. We strive to provide our students and clients with professional, courteous service of the highest quality. We support open communication to attain our goal of continuous improvement, through examination of technology, strategic planning and acknowledgment of staff contributions that provide innovative solutions and leadership.

We service Institutional Loans funded by the Federal Perkins, Charles Den Bell, Educational Fee, and Regents loan programs. Along with these loans we also service the Governor's Teachers Scholars Repayable Scholarship (GTSRS) program.

If you have a Direct Loan such as William D. Ford, Stafford, or PLUS for parents, the Department of Education at http://www.dlservicer.ed.gov/ will be your service provider.
