Mission

The Offices of Billing, Cashiers and Loan Collections bill, receipt and collect all debts owed to the University. We strive to provide our students and clients with professional, courteous service of the highest quality. We promote and encourage honesty, integrity, teamwork and cooperation amongst our colleagues. We support open communication to attain our goal of continuous improvement, through examination of technology, strategic planning and acknowledgment of staff contributions that provide innovative solutions and leadership.

Services

We service Institutional Loans funded by the Federal Perkins, Charles Den Bell, Educational Fee, and Regents loan programs. Along with these loans we also service the Governor's Teachers Scholars Repayable Scholarship (GTSRS) program.

If you have a Direct Loan such as William D. Ford, Stafford, or PLUS for parents, the Department of Education at http://www.dlservicer.ed.gov/ will be your service provider.

Our Appreciation

Thank you for making our loan programs successful. By meeting your student loan obligations we are able to offer current and future students an important helping hand. To put what we do in perspective, remember that with each payment we receive from you, another student can be afforded an opportunity to succeed.
